When WhatsApp isn't the easiest first move
A lot of cruise guests don't have WhatsApp installed, or don't have reliable data while docked, or simply want a straight answer to a basic question before starting a conversation with a stranger in another country. That hesitation is completely normal — it just used to mean guests either didn't ask, or asked us questions the page had already answered three scrolls up.
Instant answers, right on this page
Every page in this cruise section now has a small chat bubble in the bottom-right corner. Tap it, type your question in English or Spanish, and get an answer in seconds — no login, no download, no app to install. It's trained specifically on our packages, port day logistics and the questions cruise guests actually ask — not a generic bot bolted onto the site.
Full transparency: it's an AI assistant, and it tells you so at the start of the conversation — that's required under EU AI regulation, and it's also just how we'd want it explained to us. For anything it can't answer, or before you commit to a booking, our team is one WhatsApp message away.
What you can ask it
Packages and prices: our three port day packages, from Harbor Pause (€60, 70 minutes) to Full Surrender (€100, 100 minutes) — what's included, and which one fits your window.
Logistics: how far we are from the terminal, whether to walk, taxi or take the shuttle.
Timing: how the on-time guarantee works, and what happens if your ship runs late.
Same-day availability: whether there's a slot open for today.
For anything touching your health — pregnancy, an existing condition, a medication — the assistant stays cautious by design: it won't diagnose or reassure you either way, it points you straight to WhatsApp so a real person can ask the right follow-up questions.
What it won't do
- It won't confirm your booking. That still happens with a real person on WhatsApp, who matches a ritual to your actual All Aboard time.
- It won't remember you. No cookies, no account, no data kept after you close the tab — each conversation lives only in that browser session.
- It won't replace our team. For anything specific to your skin, your body or your itinerary, it hands you off to WhatsApp rather than guessing.
